Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of the web application Curination (hereinafter "App"), operated by MR2Consulting Ltd., Evagora Pallikaridi 38, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus (hereinafter "Operator").

By registering and using the App, you accept these terms of service.

2. Service Description

Curination is a web application for managing and documenting smoking, curing, and dehydrating projects. The App offers, among other things:

• Project management with calculation, seasoning and smoking documentation
• Personal recipe management
• Public recipe library
• Spice database and glossary
• Optional voice input

3. Registration and User Account

A registration with a valid email address and password is required to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Each person may only create one user account.

4. Usage Rights and Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App only for legal purposes
• Not post any false, misleading, or illegal content
• Not perform automated access (bots, scrapers) on the App
• Respect the rights of other users

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the App (design, texts, databases, software) is protected by copyright. The public recipe library may only be used within the scope of App usage. Systematic reproduction or commercial use of the recipe database without the Operator's consent is not permitted.

Recipes you create yourself remain your property. By activating the "Public" feature, you grant the Operator a simple, non-exclusive right to display the recipe to other users in the library.

6. Availability

The Operator strives for high availability of the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance work, technical disruptions, or force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App provides documentation tools. The information contained in the recipe library and glossary is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional advice.

The Operator is not liable for:

• The accuracy of user-generated or AI-generated recipes
• Health consequences from the application of recipes or instructions
• Data loss due to technical disruptions
• Damages from third-party services (hosting, APIs)

Liability for intentional and grossly negligent conduct remains unaffected.

8. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account at any time in the app settings. During the request, you decide whether your publicly shared recipes should remain in the library or be deleted entirely. An admin reviews and confirms the deletion. After confirmation, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of violation of these terms of service.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

The Operator reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. The place of jurisdiction is Paphos, Cyprus, insofar as legally permissible.
