Apple cider vinegar240 ml
Dark beer180 ml
Butter60 g
Worcestershire sauce30 ml
Onion powder5 g
Black pepper ground5 g

Measure and prepare all ingredients. Place a small saucepan over medium heat.

Melt butter

Melt the butter in the saucepan over medium heat until completely liquid but not browned.

Add apple cider vinegar, dark beer, and Worcestershire sauce to the butter and stir well.

Stir in onion powder, black pepper, and salt, then simmer the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes without boiling.
