Deglazing

Simmering
30 MinutenStir in Worcestershire sauce and black pepper, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes to reduce.
Finishing
5 MinutenTaste the sauce, add salt if needed, and once the desired consistency is reached, remove from heat and bottle.

For a more authentic flavor, use self-roasted and ground chili peppers instead of store-bought chili powder.
