Sweet paprika powder25 g
Ground coriander20 g
Ground cumin15 g
Ground turmeric10 g
Garam masala10 g
Garlic powder8 g
Ground ginger6 g
Cayenne pepper4 g
Salt2 g

Weigh spices

Weigh each spice individually and add them to a large bowl.

Thoroughly combine all ingredients with a spoon or whisk until a homogeneous mixture forms.

Transfer the finished blend into an airtight glass jar and label it. Store in a cool dark place, shelf life approx. 6 months.

Pro Tip

For a more authentic result, mix the blend with a little yogurt to form a paste before rubbing the meat.
