Sour Cream300 g
Creme Fraiche100 g
Smoked Paprika Powder15 g
Lime Juice25 ml
Garlic Powder5 g
Cumin (ground)3 g

Prepare Base
2 MinutenStir sour cream and crème fraîche together thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.

Incorporate Spices
2 MinutenAdd smoked paprika powder, garlic powder and cumin, then stir in evenly.

Season to Taste
2 MinutenStir in lime juice and salt, taste the crema and adjust seasoning as desired.

20 MinutenCover the crema and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Pro Tip
For a smokier flavor, stir in an additional teaspoon of liquid smoke or briefly cold smoke the finished crema.
