Ras el Hanout Spice Rub

A complex floral and spicy Moroccan spice blend with rose petals and warm spices, excellent for lamb, chicken and beef.
Ingredients(for 0.1 kg)
Ground cumin18 g
Ground coriander15 g
Ground cinnamon12 g
Ground ginger10 g
Sweet paprika powder10 g
Ground turmeric8 g
Ground allspice8 g
Ground black pepper6 g
Ground nutmeg5 g
Dried rose petals8 g
Instructions

Prepare rose petals
2 MinutenLightly crush the dried rose petals in a mortar until coarsely ground.

Mix all ingredients
3 MinutenAdd all weighed spices together with the crushed rose petals into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Fill and store
2 MinutenFill the finished blend into an airtight jar, label it and store in a cool dark place. Shelf life approx. 4-5 months.
Pro Tip
Lightly crush dried rose petals in a mortar before mixing them in to release the essential oils and intensify the aroma.
