Mayonnaise250 g
Sour Cream100 g
Smoked Garlic40 g
Lemon Juice30 ml
Lemon Zest5 g
Smoked Paprika Powder5 g
Salt5 g
White Pepper3 g

Instructions

Prepare Garlic

Peel the smoked garlic and crush it into a fine paste using a fork or mortar.

Mix Base

Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together in a bowl until smooth, then incorporate the garlic paste.

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika powder, salt and white pepper, then stir well.

Cover the aioli and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow all flavors to blend.
