20 minHalve jalapeños, deseed. Cream cheese-cheddar filling. Optional bacon.

60-90 min120 °C, smoke ON. Soft + browned + cheese bubbles = done.
Pro Tip
Blend smoked jalapeños = homemade chipotle paste!
