Instructions

1

Prepare marinade

10 Min.

Mix yogurt, tikka masala, lemon juice and oil into a smooth marinade. Fold in paneer cubes (3x3 cm) and vegetables and mix well.

2

Marinating

120 Min.

Marinate paneer and vegetables covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the spices to fully infuse.

3

Skewering

10 Min.

Alternately thread paneer cubes, bell peppers and onions onto metal skewers. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.

4

Grilling

8-10 Min.

Grill skewers at 220-240°C direct heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until the paneer has golden brown char marks.

5

Serving

3 Min.

Serve paneer tikka with mint chutney, fresh cilantro and naan bread. Sprinkle with chaat masala.

Pro Tip

Do not cut paneer cubes too small (min. 3x3 cm) as the cheese will otherwise crumble on the skewer.
