Dried rosemary20 g
Dried mint15 g
Garlic granules20 g
Coarse sea salt20 g
Black pepper, coarsely ground10 g
Dried thyme10 g
Lemon zest powder5 g

Preparation
3 MinutenCoarsely crush the dried rosemary and mint in a mortar until the herbs are slightly broken up and release their aroma.

Mixing
3 MinutenCombine all ingredients – crushed herbs, garlic granules, sea salt, pepper, thyme and lemon zest powder – in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Filling
2 MinutenFill the finished blend into an airtight jar, label it and store in a cool, dark place. Shelf life approximately 3 months.
Pro Tip
Lightly crush the dried mint in a mortar just before mixing to release the essential oils and significantly intensify the flavor.
