Honey200 g
Dijon Mustard100 g
Whole Grain Mustard80 g
Apple Cider Vinegar60 ml
Brown Sugar40 g
Worcestershire Sauce20 ml

Preparation

Prepare and measure all ingredients in a small saucepan.

Combine all ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly, and heat to approximately 80°C.

Reduce heat and simmer the glaze while stirring occasionally until it becomes thick and glossy.

Remove the finished glaze from the heat, let it cool briefly, and transfer to a clean jar or bottle.

Pro Tip

Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for deeper flavor and let the glaze cool slightly before applying so it adheres better.
