Honey120 g
Apple Cider Vinegar60 ml
Brown Sugar30 g
Worcestershire Sauce25 ml
Garlic Powder5 g

Preparation
5 MinutenMeasure and prepare all ingredients except the honey.

Cooking the Base
10 MinutenStir together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt in a pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Adding Honey
2 MinutenRemove the pot from the heat and stir in the honey until fully dissolved.

10 MinutenAllow the sauce to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
