Juicy grilling cheese marinated in an aromatic herb mixture and then grilled until crispy.
Ingredients(for 0.5 kg)
Grilling cheese500 g
Olive oil40 ml
Fresh rosemary5 g
Fresh thyme5 g
Garlic10 g
Paprika powder3 g
Instructions

Marinade
5 Min.Mix olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary, thyme and paprika powder into a marinade.

Marinating
20 Min.Rub grilling cheese slices or whole block with the marinade and let sit for 20 minutes.

Grilling
6 Min.Grill cheese on preheated grill at 180-200°C for 3 minutes per side until golden grill marks appear.

Serving
2 Min.Remove immediately from the grill and serve with fresh herbs and bread.
Pro Tip
Pat the cheese dry before grilling so the marinade does not burn and a nice crust forms.
