Smoked Mushrooms Garlic-Parsley

Juicy mushrooms marinated with garlic and parsley, gently smoked to perfection.
Ingredients(for 0.5 kg)
Button Mushrooms500 g
Garlic3 Zehen
Fresh Parsley20 g
Olive Oil40 ml
Salt and Pepper5 g

Preparation
10 Min.Clean mushrooms and trim stems. Finely chop garlic and parsley, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Marinating
30 Min.Coat mushrooms evenly with the marinade and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Smoking
45-60 Min.Preheat smoker to 110-120°C, add beech and apple wood chips. Place mushrooms gill-side up and smoke for 45-60 minutes.

Serving
5 Min.Serve mushrooms hot, garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy with baguette.
Pro Tip
Place mushrooms gill-side up on the grate so the marinade stays inside.
