Juicy feta wrapped in aluminum foil with tomatoes, olives and Mediterranean spices from the grill.

Ingredients(for 0.5 kg)

Feta cheese250 g
Cherry tomatoes150 g
Kalamata olives80 g
Olive oil25 ml
Dried oregano5 g
Red chili flakes3 g

Preparation

10 Min.

Cut aluminum foil into 40x40 cm pieces. Halve cherry tomatoes, pit olives. Place feta on the foil, distribute tomatoes and olives around it.

Seasoning

5 Min.

Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and vegetables. Generously sprinkle with oregano and chili flakes. Seal parcels tightly.

Grilling

15-18 Min.

Place parcels on the grill over indirect heat at 180-200°C and cook for 15-18 minutes until the feta is soft and creamy.

Serving

2 Min.

Carefully open the parcels (steam!), serve with fresh bread and a drizzle of olive oil.

Pro Tip

Seal the parcels tightly so the cheese cooks in its own juices and the aromas fully develop.
