A fresh, aromatic dry blend of dill, lemon zest and pepper, ideal for rubbing fish fillets such as pollock, sea bream or trout.

Dried Lemon Zest15 g
Ground White Pepper15 g
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper10 g
Fine Sea Salt20 g
Garlic Powder5 g
Onion Powder5 g

3 MinutenCombine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous blend is achieved.

2 MinutenBriefly crush the blend in a mortar or with a spoon to activate the aromas and achieve a finer texture.

2 MinutenTransfer the finished blend into an airtight jar, label it and store in a cool, dark place. Shelf life up to 6 months.
Pro Tip
Dried lemon zest can be replaced with organic fresh lemon zest – reduce the amount to 8g and use the rub immediately.
