Apple cider vinegar350 ml
White vinegar100 ml
Brown sugar30 g
Red chili flakes10 g
Coarsely ground black pepper5 g

Combining ingredients

3 MinutenAdd brown sugar, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt, then shake or stir vigorously until the sugar has dissolved.

Maturing
24 StundenLeave the sauce sealed at room temperature for at least 24 hours, shaking occasionally to allow the flavors to meld perfectly.
Pro Tip
The longer the sauce rests, the more balanced its flavor becomes – ideally let it mature for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
