Smoked Cheddar300 g
Dark Beer200 ml
Butter30 g
Flour20 g
Garlic Powder5 g
Worcestershire Sauce10 ml

Grate smoked cheddar and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Slowly pour in beer while stirring constantly and bring to a boil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
