Alabama White Sauce Dip

Mayonnaise300 g
Apple Cider Vinegar60 ml
Horseradish (grated)30 g
Lemon Juice20 ml
Worcestershire Sauce15 ml
Black Pepper (ground)5 g
Cayenne Pepper2 g
Salt5 g

Preparation
2 MinutenPlace mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

3 MinutenAdd horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt, then stir until smooth.

60 MinutenCover the finished sauce and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Pro Tip
The sauce tastes even better the next day – simply let it rest overnight in the refrigerator.
